Shawn
Martin
Mr. Martin is an entrepreneur and
an active real estate investor.
In his former corporate career he
spent 13 years as a Marketing Director
for Fortune 500 high tech companies
in the Pacific Northwest. In 2001,
he decided he had enough of the
corporate life and ventured on his
own and became an owner of a small
IT Company in Renton, WA called
Lyon Technical Services, a networking
and computer support company. It
is also around this same time that
he started to become actively involved
with real estate investing.
Since
then, Shawn has completed several
rehab projects and is currently
working on a condo conversion and
building two new houses. He enjoys
being his own boss and running his
own companies and he looks forward
to helping others learn about the
exciting field of real estate investing.
