Scott
Williams is currently a career Firefighter/Paramedic
for the City of Lynnwood. He is
an entrepreneur, and active real
estate investor. Scott graduated
from Whitworth College in Spokane,
WA in 1994 with a BS in Exercise
Science and Sports Medicine. Real
Estate though, has become his new
passion and he has dedicated himself
to becoming experienced and educated
in all aspects of the sport of real
estate. Scott has demonstrated his
passion though continued education,
volunteering his time in NWRIA,
and active investing.
Scott's
investing experience includes renovation
of single family houses, new construction,
project budgeting, contractor management,
rental management, and private financing
contracts. Scott is focused on investing
in the Skagit and Whatcom County
areas.
Scott
lives in Mount Vernon, WA with his
wife Mistry and his 2 sons. Scott
enjoys the outdoors, hunting, fishing,
gardening and spending time with
his family traveling.
