Kirby
Reynolds
Kirby Reynolds is an entrepreneur
to the core. After five years at
the University of Washington as
a History major Kirby ventured out
on his own. After struggling to
get a business up and running for
several years he decided on a new
course of action. He jumped on the
technology bandwagon with an existing
boutique contracting company based
out of Kirkland. After a short time
Kirby had earned partner status
in Cypress Consulting (www.cypressltd.com)
and had assisted in the company
quadrupling its work force. For
several years Kirby helped build
Cypress Consulting while contracting
his project management expertise
at one of the nation’s leading wireless
telecom companies.
It
was at this time(March 2003) that
Kirby was approached about starting
a Real Estate education company
with Greg Pinneo called Reach Returns
(www.reachreturns.com). At the age
of 31 he decided to give up his
six figure consulting income to
become a partner and owner of Reach
Returns. Reach Returns has since
gone on to become the nation’s premier
Real Estate education company. Though
initially brought on to help build
the corporation Kirby began to invest
on his own. Now just a couple years
into his investing career Kirby
owns and manages multiple apartment
buildings and has completed several
buy and flip projects (homes and
condos) as well. Through his time
with Greg Pinneo Kirby has developed
a knack for seller financing and
private investor financing.
On
a personal level Kirby is inspired
by his bride Terri and his two beautiful
daughters Halia (4) and Kylie (2).
Kirby enjoys college football, soccer,
skiing, baseball and his most recent
passion SCUBA diving. His love for
travel has taken him to 48 states
(Still working on N. Dakota and
Alaska) and 14 different countries.
To Kirby, Real Estate is the vehicle
by which we can all live out dreams…if
we just get in the game!
