Curtis
Broderson
For over 15 years Curtis has been
involved in aviation, getting his
mechanics license in 1990 and pilots
license in 1992. He has always had
a love for restoring things which
helped him shape his aviation career
… Curtis' last position was Chief
Inspector at Kenmore Air Harbor.
Along with aviation he also has
a passion for music. He currently
plays saxophone in a 16 piece Swing
Band which some members had the
opportunity to hear at this years
Habitat for Humanity auction.
Before
making a switch to full time real
estate investing Curtis has owned
and worked on over 7 properties.
One of Curtis' more recent rehabs
was the restoration of a 1920’s
Seattle home with beautiful coved
ceilings and original golden oak
hardwoods while keeping the house
details as close to original as
possible.
Curtis
is actively involved with Reach
Returns as a Teacher Assistant and
is a Board Member of NWRIA.
